Bear Shoot: Roger Maze

 

Friday, May 8th was a perfect day for practice. The temps were in the 60’s, the breeze was slight and the steel was falling. Match day brought rain in the morning, cold steady winds from the north gusting to over 20 mph and temps hovering around 50º all day. 

 

After an early morning meeting, the shooters decided on a 40 instead of 60 shot match done in 2 relays. So congratulations to those who stuck with it and were match winners.

 

I would also like to congratulate Brad Ryan for shooting his second AAA score irons, and John Whittemore for his first AAA score scope class.

 

Let’s hope next month’s match will offer better conditions.
