As of today, I have two left of the 48" rods.

Also have two Special Rods I made up extra long: 52"x 5/16, with rod guide, and also female thread BOTH ends. These $20 with postage.
Perhaps those long barrel shooters will find this rod length helpful

I got my rod and it works well.
It would be handy if they were threaded at both ends

xring1,

I threaded "early" rods - one end for std 8-32 and the other end or 10-32(Beefy bore brushes from Brownells, mainly)

Since I have heard of no breaking out of the threaded ends, and I do not believe many people use the10-32 accessories, I determined it was superfluous to thread both ends, as well as reduce labor and keep prices down.

I DO NOW HAVE ABOUT 4 COMPLETED RODS IN STOCK. Threaded one end and still only $17 postpaid.

The reason I mentioned it was that I figured it would be handy to have a brush on one end and patch on the other for shooting multiple shots from muzzle loader etc. Maybe you could offer it as an option at xtra cost.....sure would be handy
