Saeco # 738

Hi all.
Does anyone know where I can get the design dimensions of the Saeco, 62738 bullet mold. ?

BACO and Grafs site doesn't show much, just says that it's tapered 38/55 nominal .381/.382.

I'm wanting to breach seat and this might be a reasonably cheap option to start with provided it is tapered enough. Obtaining breach seaters where I'm from seems to be difficult and I only have a "straight hand push" type which makes bullets with parallel sides hard to seat. Not ready to spend big dollars on a custom mold just yet.

Cheers, S.S. SA.

Actually one site says it's a .378 diameter.. soooo ??

I have the .32 cal version of that bullet but not the .38. Have you considered asking your question on the ASSRA forums? I'm sure that you'd find a few people there using this mold. My .38 cal beech seating is all done with a BACO tapered Creedmoor, Hoch tapered .38, or bore diameter PP.

Chris.
