I posted this on the ASSRA forum but haven't gotten a reply.
I'm having a .50-70 built as a hunting rifle and am accumulating components and accessories while I wait.
I saw that Dixie Gun Works is offering brass that they say is " from the same drawings as previously offered by Dixie"
I assume that means that it has the higher internal capacity like the old B.E.L.L. cases.
They are considerably more expensive ( double and a bit) than Starline and I wondered if anyone had any experience with it .....and if you feel that the extra capacity would be beneficial.
Thanks for the info.

Call Dixie and get the specifics on the brass dimensions and capacity.
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't day anything significant until you are done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

The brass is from MAST , which is indeed like the B.E.L.L. brass....same folks own the company.
Thanks
