Raton Silhouette Results

Post by ricochet » Mon Aug 18, 2008 7:46 pm

So far, I've not found the results, but I keep checking every day.

As soon as I get them (or someone sends them to me,) I'll get them posted.

I just checked again. The NRA National Silhouette results for June are not posted to their own web site as yet.

The grapevine has it that attendance was so low this year at the 'sillywet' events that they're gonna abandon this discipline and change over to a 'gong match'!! 30# rifles will be allowed for the entire course! Ranges will be 200 yards; coydog targets...no chickens....out to 1200 yards for elk, bear, and buffalo gongers!

Looking forward to the change!!

The fine print reads that this new course of fire must all be shot offhand.
