.40/70 powder stack = velocity

For those of you that don't have a chronograph and are curious of the velocity of a given weight of powder here are some numbers I collected today for my .40/70 using 2F express Goex powder fire forming some new .30/40 brass. Rifle Shiloh #1 Sporter 34" barrel. The temp was 51 degs. powder 2F EXP Go...

I saw a interview once I think it was with Dennis Weaver...Chester..and they were talking about the opening scene were Mat Dillon draws his gun. the guy at the other end was the lone Rangers side kik Tonto. I have a receiver that I wanted to put a barrel on with a .40 caliber with a little more capacity then my .40-70ss, but I need a little longer neck then .600 and I didn't want to go with a .40-90BN to get the longer neck.
Your case sparked my interest.
