Hi Al,
You did not mention children in you post so it sounds like you have what is known as ------A Honey-Do -------problem.

At best, you took the bull by the horns and went out and got some new brass so all was not lost.

Happy New Year,

Hiwall :)

PD, I don’t know where your getting your information. Turps, that’s a new one on me. I should work fine if it has not been added to. Beware of Petroleum Distillates. Bore Butter was developed for long period shooting and rifle protection. In the development they shot over 1000 rounds through a muzzl...

Jerry, All the correct rules are available from the NRA. Publication number is CS 16820 and the regular price for the book is $2.50. It can be ordered from the NRA on line. Some clubs have made up their own rules which is tough on the shooters if they ever go to a National or Regional event. Better ...

CPA Rifles

Nice choise SubSailor, CPA had some troubles with their fireing pins some years ago. All were replaced free of charge. I have heard of no other problems in the last 3 to 5 years. I currently have and shoot three of them. Also one of my shooting pals has three now. They seem to grow on you. Wishing y...

It sounds to me like your doing everything right. The chronograph is a great help in repeating your loads when a component changes. I don't see where you have been testing various primers or primer styles as yet. Lots of interest in using large pistol primers for BP loads for the last two years. Oth...

Phineas T. Bluster

Ned, The dude was: Buffalo Bob described Phineas T. Bluster, the Mayor of Doodyville, as a 'loveable fink'. He envied my stardom and did everything he could to claim the spotlight. Bluster caused a lot trouble for me and Buffalo Bob. Among his tricks: he hired a Dilly Dally lookalike to make mischie...
