Who's lube and who's 'factory'?
Was there any wad between the powder and the bullet?

The primer is not the issue.
Your bullet lube is 'bleeding' into the powder.

Bullet runout does, inconsistent neck tension does. What's the T.I.R. on your loaded ammo. You want .003 or less.
Annealing helps to even out neck tension and can aid in reducing runout.

I used Goex 3F till I found Old 'E' in 2F.
The 'E', 2F gives the same fps, and shoots very well.

The 2F 'E' is work'n very well in my Shiloh .45-90 with GG bullets.
