WTB/Rent 40-50 SBN chamber reamer

Probably a long shot, but I am in need of a 40-50 SBN reamer. I could buy new, but there is the long wait, and I can't find any company that rents this caliber. Thanks.

Who made this brass??

I recently got 2 boxes of lathe-turned 45-90 brass and am curious as to may have made it. The boxes are squatty rectangles and have a printed linen-like appearance. The cartridges are 3 across, 20 in a box. Emery

I don't know if this is needed or not, but when forming my 40-65 brass I do it in 2-3 steps and rotate the brass some before each step and then raising the brass into the die. I do this when reforming any brass as I feel it helps center the case better. 'Course, I may be just causing myself more wor...

I am in agreement that you shouldn't have any problem chambering the RB for 40-70SS. I have a Rem. RB chambered for 44-90 Rem Spl and that case is 2.490", also the 43 Spanish case is 2.290" (Bertram). There should be enough opening at the rear of the chamber to allow tipping the loaded round and sli...

I agree that the makers mentioned above do first class work, but if you need a quality Soule sight at reasonable price, check out Ron Heilman. I got one last year and am well pleased with it. He will make the scale for leftys too! Ron Heilman 253-840-2623 r.a.heilman@worldnet.att.net He also makes f...
