Build up 22's on Winchester Low-Walls or Ballard actions. The Low-Walls would be cheaper. The next caliber would 32-40 or 38-55 the 38-55 would do well for hunting.

Re: WTB: Takedown Ring
Frank,
I believe Steve Erale(sp) is the one making those take down rings. He's the one who makes sight bases. You could check with Steve Baldwin too for information, Steve likes take downs.

o.p.s.
Look at Ballard bases, some of them are on the smaller side. I put one on one of my Borchardts.

I don't agree with several reloading methods listed here and if I dare say any words against a method, I'm being labeled non-construtive, that was implyed from irelaod2 and note there are a couple items on his list of 5 I don't agree with. Or I'm taking cheap shots, from zrifleman. This all just isn...

Re: New Shiloh "Quigley" Owner
zrifleman, Note, I wasn't taking a cheap shot, making an observation. Any load can be improved and to say your's or anyone else's is the ultimate load, wouldn't exactly be true. What works in your rifle/rifles may or may not work in some else's rifle/rifles. ireload2, NO. I don't carry enough liabil...

Re: 50-2.5 ? shooters /
I have Checkers case stretcher. Using some W.W. cases the wall thickness changed approx. .0005 to .001 The starting neck wall thickness was .011 to .010 average, so the neck wall thickness changed from .011 and .010 to .0105 and .0900 average. That doesn't appear to make all that much difference and...
